Home printing vs. print shop

For the binder itself (seating chart on A4, guest list, table cards), home printing is fine — even a basic inkjet handles it. For the entrance poster, go to a local print shop. A 50 × 70 cm foam-mounted print typically costs £15–£40 in the UK or $20–$60 in the US, and turnaround is usually 24–48 hours.

Pro tip: print two copies of the binder. One stays with your maid of honour or planner. The other lives with the venue. When something goes sideways at 7pm, having a paper backup of the seating chart and vendor contacts means nothing depends on someone's phone battery.
