Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Seatly you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. The service

Seatly provides wedding planning tools including guest management, seating planning, RSVP collection, and exports. We provide the service "as is" and may change or discontinue features with notice.

3. Your account

• –You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure
• –You must be 16 or older to use Seatly
• –One account per person
• –Provide accurate information

4. Acceptable use

You may not:

• –Upload illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• –Attempt to hack, scrape, or abuse the service
• –Use the service to spam guests
• –Impersonate others
• –Resell access to the service

5. Your data

You own your wedding data. We don't claim ownership of anything you create in Seatly.

6. Billing

• –Couple plans (Essential, Premium, Complete) are one-time purchases — no subscription
• –Organizer plan is a monthly subscription, cancel anytime
• –Payments processed by Stripe. By purchasing you agree to Stripe's terms.
• –See our Refund Policy for refund details.

7. Editing access / Archive

• –Couple plan editing access expires at the earlier of: wedding date + 30 days, or 26 months from signup
• –After this period, your data becomes read-only (archived). You can still view and export.
• –Organizer accounts do not expire.

8. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Cloudflare infrastructure is used, which provides strong reliability, but planned or unplanned downtime may occur.

9. Limitation of liability

Seatly is not liable for: lost data due to your own actions, third-party service failures, or indirect/consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings.

11. Governing law

To be determined when the business entity is registered. Croatian law placeholder.
