Digital SaaS products have unique refund considerations. Here's our honest policy.

Couple plans (Essential, Premium, Complete)

These are one-time purchases. Once purchased and the plan is activated, refunds are generally not provided because the digital service is immediately available.

Exceptions — we will consider refunds within 48 hours of purchase if:

  • You accidentally purchased the wrong plan
  • The service was completely unavailable at the time of purchase
  • A technical failure prevented plan activation

To request a refund: email billing@useseatly.com within 48 hours with your account email and reason.

Organizer subscription

  • Cancel anytime directly from your account settings — no email required
  • Cancellation stops future charges immediately
  • No refunds for the current billing period already paid
  • No partial month refunds
